Nice ice cream, decent variety, good portions, can be crowded but in our case the queue was moving quite fast. The place is strategically located next to the main attractions. The beach is nearby as well as the toilets. It is important, even more if you are with children
Had an ice cream here today, truly excellent, a very wide range of flavours. Highly recommended. A visit is a must.

Visited Whistable for a holiday. Super friendly staff. Visited Tuesday and today. First time was to get candy floss and a red and blue slushy for me and Daniel to share. We had it at the beach. The lady was really understanding. I got birthday cake ice cream on Tuesday. It tasted so good and got black cherry ice cream today. It was amazing.

Amazing vegan options ( lots of different flavours and a choice of 2 vegan cones). Wonderful customer service and we were allowed to take our dog inside whilst placing the order. We got mint chocolate chip, vanilla as a double cone and I got the strawberry ice cream. So delicious in this hot weather:)

Friendly staff and great ice cream with a large array of flavours and cones to pick from. All at a reasonable price too. Also sells a range of other sweet treats including candy floss, Whitstable rock, fudge etc. When we went, out of about 12-14 flavours, not one had nuts in it.…More reviews

When we went, out of about 12-14 flavours, not one had nuts in it. And, of 8 or 9 cones, there was one with nuts on it. Not sure if that's regular or not, but would be a good option for people with a nut allergy (usual caveats...). Incidentally, they also sold the soft, Mr Whippy style ice cream.Lots of delicious flavours of ice cream to choose from. We just had to visit another time on our last day of our holiday because its so delicious and the lady that served us was so nice.
